These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website https://ornamento.com ("the Site") and any services, content, and features provided on or through the Site.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Site.

 

1) Scope of These Terms  

These terms cover the purchase of products and services, including floral arrangements, event design services, and retail products.

 

2) Orders & Deliveries  

  • Orders must be placed at least 24 hours before the desired delivery time. For expedited delivery options, please contact us directly at 415.385.2808 or at hello@ornamento.com

  • We deliver to all cities within the San Francisco Bay Area.

 

3)  Returns and Replacements  

All sales are final. However, we offer replacements in the following cases:

  • If the wrong item was delivered.

  • If the flowers arrive in substandard condition.

  • If the order was not delivered.

 

Replacement requests must be submitted to hello@ornamento.com within three (3) days of delivery, including supporting photos. Replacement credits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

 

4) Product Variations and Substitutions

The images of products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Due to the natural variability and seasonality of flowers, foliage, and plants, the product you receive may vary slightly from the images shown. We strive to match the arrangement as closely as possible, but natural color and shape variations can occur.

 

If a specific flower, foliage, or plant is unavailable at the time of your order, we will make careful substitutions with items of equal or higher value to maintain the quality and appearance of the arrangement. Product packaging may vary but will always meet or exceed the quality shown.

 

5) Quality Guarantee

We are committed to providing premium, fresh floral arrangements. If you believe the product did not meet the expected standards, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo for review. Approved claims will result in a replacement.

 

6) Customer Obligations

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery information. Ornamento is not liable for any delay or failed delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete details.

 

7) Amendments to Terms

Ornamento reserves the right to modify these terms. Changes will be posted on our website, and we recommend reviewing them periodically.

 

8) Force Majeure

Ornamento is not responsible for delays or failure to fulfill orders due to events outside our control, such as natural disasters, transportation disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances.

 

9) Limitations of Liability

Ornamento is not responsible for any product damage after delivery, including damage resulting from improper handling or failure to follow care instructions.

 

10) Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you have any concerns or complaints, please contact us at hello@ornamento.com. We will respond promptly and work with you to find a resolution.

 

11)  Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of California, USA.
